Please book your accommodation via the online registration process when you register for the conference. We will NOT have anyone call you or email you direct to book accommodation and the hotels will not take bookings for the conference directly. Thank you.
The deadline for booking your accommodation is Monday 8 February 2027.
You must enter a valid credit card to secure your booking during the online registration process, however it will not be charged, it is simply to secure the room for you. Delegates are responsible for covering all costs related to their accommodation. You will need to pay the hotel direct when you depart. Cancellation Policy
Early and Late Arrivals
Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready, before the hotel check in time, please book and pay for the evening prior to your arrival. If you have a late arrival time and fail to advise the hotel, your room may be released. You can include your arrival time as part of the Online Registration process.
To Secure Accommodation
To secure accommodation please book via the online registration system, when you register for the conference. Ensure you book prior to the deadline date. You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking, however your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout. Any cancellation charges, and no-show fees, will be charged to your credit card. Room Rates quoted are per room per night in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Change of Booking
Alterations to your accommodation booking must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers, [email protected]
Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share during the registration process. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
- Cancellation of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival is permitted without penalty.
- Booking changes or cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable; they will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charged for the booking.
- Any 'No Shows' will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the accommodation booked.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
