Niamh is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist originally from Ireland. She completed her BSc Hons in Physiotherapy in the UK and went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in sports medicine in New Zealand, her home since 2004. Niamh has extensive Musculoskeletal and sports medicine experience prior to transitioning into Pelvic Health. She set up her own practice Mná Pelvic Health in Christchurch in 2021 and works out of Oxford Women's Health in a multidisciplinary environment.

Niamh co-founded Nu Natural in 2022, a women’s intimate care product, and is passionate about increasing clinically accurate awareness around women's sexual health, pleasure and wellbeing.
