Reflect, Learn, Act - How Critical Reflection Contributes to Transforming Experiences into Knowledge

Picture
Critical reflection invites us to make sense of experiences through a process of describing, analysing, and questioning. Through this process, practice mistakes and difficulties can provide valuable learning that contributes to the development of practice wisdom and knowledge for both the worker and other professionals. In this presentation the concept of critical reflection will be defined, along with a description of a simple process to enact it.
